Organizations (tenants)

Create and manage organizations (tenants) within the platform. Each tenant provides isolated data and resource boundaries for multi-tenant deployments (assuming Core is in STS authentication mode). Use these endpoints to provision new tenants, update tenant configurations, and manage tenant lifecycle.
